JELD-WEN Motorsport V8 Supercar driver, James Courtney, has registered a DNF (Did Not Finish) on Seven’s popular Dancing with the Stars.

James and Olya (his dance partner) scored the least votes on this weeks show. Even the public vote wasn’t enough to refuel the partnership for another few laps.
“It’s sad to leave the show, but it’s been an amazing couple of months and something I enjoyed more than I thought I would”, said a disappointed Courtney.
“I have enjoyed forging new friendships with fellow competitors on the show.”
“We gave it our best shot, but someone has to leave every week, and this time it was us.”
“The public have given Olya and I plenty of support and thier votes have saved us a couple of times. I really want to thank them for that.”
Courtney said he felt Seven’s decision to include a V8 Supercar driver on the show has had a positive impact for the sport.
“People have come up to me at airports saying they have started watching our (V8 Supercar) races after seeing a driver on ‘Dancing’, so that’s a positive spin-off for motor sport”, he said.
