Will a BA Falcon Twin Cam straight six cylinder head fit on the block of a EF Falcon straight six, if not, will the whole BA engine fit?

Scotty, Anything is possible but think of all the wiring and computer headaches, not to mention the Australian Design Rules and RWC problems plus the engineers certificate. The EF engine is a good base to start with. With the right modifications you can turn it into a beast that will easily match the BA twin cams performance. Do some research, check out some available options in the performance marketplace. Check out Performance Fords magazines, lots of good articles.
