Tickford All-Family Day

Performance car fans will have a fantastic opportunity to visit the home of Tickford at the annual ‘Tickford All Family Day’ to be held on Sunday, February 25.
The day will feature a variety of displays and activities for children and the young at heart. Glenn Seton and Steven Richards from Ford Tickford Racing Team will be on hand to sign autographs and will be joined by other V8 Supercar drivers John Bowe and Brad Jones. Racing legend Alan Moffat will also be on hand to present trophies for vehicle displays.
Vehicles from the Mustang, GT, XR6 and XR8 car clubs will be on display. Pit stop demonstrations and factory tours will also keep everyone busy. Children will be entertained by a jumping castle, clown, face painting, colouring competitions and the labrador puppies from the Guide Dog Association. The young at heart can test their tyre changing skills against the clock, and compare their times to those of the FTR Supercar drivers.
Tickford fans will also be able to tour the production lines for the XR Falcon, T-Series and new Mustang Cobra. Details of the car display and other family day attractions can be found on the Tickford website www.tickford.com.au.
The Tickford All Family Day will be held at 33 Glenbarry Road, Campbellfield (Melway Ref. 7, F3) from 9am – 4pm. A $2 entry donation will apply with all proceeds going to the Guide Dog Association of Victoria.
