Sprint in for Extra Features on Series III Falcons

The XR6 VCT Sprint celebrates the launch of Ford's latest paint scheme ? Blueprint ? based on the famous electric blue featured on renowned performance Falcons of the 1970s. The car also celebrates XR6's 10th anniversary, a milestone worthy of a special edition model.
The XR6 VCT Sprint also features 18-inch Azzuro alloy wheels (as featured on the stunning new Tickford TE50), the aggressive Ford Racing Bodykit and unique SVP decals.
Inside, the XR6 VCT Sprint is complete with leather seat trim, Momo steering wheel and gear knob and XR-branded floor mats.
In total, this package offers more than $7000 worth of extra features but will be available for a recommended retail price of $42,730 ? or just $2500 over the price of a standard XR6 VCT.
In addition to the XR6 VCT Sprint, Ford will offer two unique versions of the Falcon sedan and wagon with an emphasis on sportiness and style.
The Falcon SR Sedan features 16-inch alloy wheels, a rear wing spoiler, chrome exhaust tip and SR decals. Inside, a unique sports trim fabric in warm charcoal, cruise control and automatic transmission complete the package.
The Falcon SR Wagon also boasts 16-inch alloy wheels, chrome exhaust tip, SR decals and roof racks. The interior is upgraded to the same sports trim and also gets cruise control. The sports suspension pack adds the finishing touch.
The Falcon SR pack offers around $3000 worth of extras in addition the already long list of standard features including air-conditioning, ABS and dual airbags. However, the SR pack will only cost customers $400 over the price of a standard Forte. This will lift the recommended retail price of an SR Sedan to $32,405, while the SR Wagon will cost $35,150.
Sure to turn heads, the fantastic range of Falcon SR is now available from Ford dealers. The stunning XR6 VCT Sprint will be available in April.
