Two of Australia's leading jockeys, Corey Brown and Nash Rawiller relished their appointment as FPV Ambassadors during this year's Spring Carnival.

Brown, who missed taking this year's Melbourne Cup by just a centimetre, has been commuting between his Mornington peninsula base and Flemington in a brand new FPV FG GT-P and was reluctant to give it back at the end of the carnival.

"Mate these things are amazing," he grinned.

"I reckon I'll trade in the X5 for this . they've got a great grunt to them, but drive beautifully around town."

"It's a shame I didn't have the same sort of power on tap during the Cup!" Brown joked.

Nash Rawiller also sampled a taste of FPV's latest offerings during the carnival, driving both the F6 and GT.

"Well I'd be stumped if I had to pick just one," Rawiller said.

"They're both such awesome machines. The F6 handles beautifully and has this brutal acceleration when you call for it that just keeps coming on . whereas the GT with the V8 has the mumbo turned on permanently."

"I suppose it's a similar difference between riding a sprinter and stayer," he added.

In the past month alone, Rawiller and Brown have ridden over 20 winners between them, ranking them among Australia's elite jockeys with their winning ways look set to continue into the summer.
